The "Measures for the Administration of Scrapped Motor Vehicle Recycling" was promulgated by State Council Decree No. 715 on April 22, 2019, effective from June 1, 2019.
Article 1: These Measures are formulated in accordance with relevant laws to regulate scrapped motor vehicle recycling activities, protect the environment, promote circular economy development, and ensure road traffic safety.
